TXT89800 Marketing Business Account Rules and Terms of Use
TXT89800 Business Clients (“Client”) agrees that Client and its Employees, Contractors, or Third Party Providers will not use the TXT89800 Text Messaging Services, Website, or Framework to offer or provide or transmit or receive content that:

Is false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

That harms minors in any way;

Violates the requirements of any Network Operator or Aggregator through which Content is transmitted;

It does not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy of any party;

Is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, or any other forms of solicitation;

Violates the standards of practice set forth by the Mobile Marketing Association;

Interferes with or disrupts the TXT89800 Services or Servers, the Aggregator Services or servers or Network Operator networks connected to the TXT89800 or Aggregator Service, or disobeys any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the TXT89800 or Aggregator Service;

Transmits or utilizes any (a) viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that might disrupt, disable, harm, erase memory, or otherwise impede the operation, features, or functionality of any software, firmware, hardware, wireless device, computer system or network, (b) traps, time bombs, or other code that would disable any software based on the elapsing of a period of time, advancement to a particular date or other numeral, (c) code that would permit any third party to interfere with or surreptitiously access any End-User personal information, or (d) content that causes disablement or impairment of TXT89800 or Aggregator or Network Operator services or equipment.

Intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;

Provides any material support or resources (or conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;

Collects or stores personal data about End-Users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth hereinabove.
TXT89800 Reserves the right at anytime to immediately disable Business Accounts (without refund) should there be any violation of the above listed rules and terms of use. Client understands that TXT89800 also has obligations to Aggregators and Network Operators which may require full disclosure of Client activities, messages, keywords, phone numbers, and usage logs. TXT89800 will provide said information should such information be requested by Aggregators, Network Operators, or any Government entity.
TXT89800 Reserves the right to change “Keywords” should the “Keywords” be too generic and thus used in the TXT89800 Category listings. No changes will be made without first communicating the need of the change with the Client.
Business Account Holders understand the following Opt-In Terms issues to End-Users and Participants:
Opt-in
To opt-in to receive promotions and coupons from TXT89800.com, contact participating businesses and join the advertised loyalty programs. You will receive a request to join an opt-in loyalty program and you will need to confirm with "Yes", "Y", or "Join" to officially join the opt-in list. No more than 1 message per week will be sent to Loyalty Plan Participants.
Opt-out
To opt-out of a Loyalty List at any time, send a text message with any of the following keywords: "STOP", "END", "QUIT", "CANCEL", "X", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to 89800 and you will no longer receive any messages from the TXT89800.com network.

Charges
There is no charge for joining TXT89800 loyalty programs lists. Standard/other charges may apply for text messages and mobile Internet browsing on your phone.
